Just been checking my log and Steven Jobs plane recorded. It's a Gulfstream 5 with the registration N2N. Probably means the price of Apple computers won't be coming down for a while then :) Can't be cheap running that thing!

I wonder if he chose that registration because of Isaac Newton and his alleged apple...

He's over North California at the moment.

Somehow I doubt it - the Apple Newton wasn't exactly one of their greatest successes.

Nice one !!

These blighters are causing us a few headaches in the Updater Team as no one is able to confirm the correct registrations carried on them, or if they're civil or mil.

Even Dave Reid can't help us!!

I recall seeing one of these machines at Heathrow a few years back, it had the registration TET1EY. I assume from the reg it must have been a corporate craft and not military. :)

MCE4 Tristar K1 ZD949 FL270 going west to east just over Marham as I type.  MCE is Marshalls callsign so probably a test flight.  First time I've seen this type of callsign.

Hi Rod Ref 4K-8888, I was watching him also nice one indeed. I have the radio on but not heared anything yet. Mind you quite a few Dublin inbounds are scurrying around Thunder Clouds with lightning presently.

It's descending through FL110 as I type this shame it's not ADS-B!

Perhaps someone will tell us where it lands.

Hi Rod

A day off work looming possibly he is on 128.5 decending into Belfast Aldergrove. Loud and clear but his accent is very difficult.

It is owned/operated by ESW Business Aviation which is an airline based in Baku, Azerbaijan, i thought it might be bringing in a football team for one of our Belfast Clubs, Cliftonville. On checking they are playing against a Croatian team so not sure!!.
