Regarding Moron Air Base, don't know if it's any help but if you put 'Moron Air Base' into Google, the 4th result down headed 'Moron Air Base@ourAirports' has up to date information (26th February 2011) and an accompanying Google Map. You can also get there directly by keying in :

www.ourairports.com/airports/LEMO
