Possible Problem Renewing Subscription

Hi,
     Am at work at the moment so don't have RBn in front of me.
 
     Renewed my subscription last night .... all looked good ..got my delayed network back & account showed 1 year to run.

This morning I got an E-mail from PLIMUS.Com ... (the site that the renewal went through) saying they were unable to process a payment on my card for "Recurring charge : RadarBox Network Delayed - Annual.

They said no further attempt to charge the card would be made.

My question is is this just an annual auto-renewal thing that failed for future years or will I have now lost my network ....(which was working this morning before I left for work).

If this is the case that will be OK as I prefer to renew myself each year instead of a payment coming off that I may not be prepared for.

The Plimus site was not too clear & I wonered if anyone else had had this when renewing the network subs.

For specfic account details you should contact us via the methods in our signature so we can view your account details fully. We won't ask you for your airnavsystems account details across the forum.
