Am at work at the moment so don't have RBn in front of me.
Renewed my subscription last night .... all looked good ..got my delayed network back & account showed 1 year to run.
This morning I got an E-mail from PLIMUS.Com ... (the site that the renewal went through) saying they were unable to process a payment on my card for "Recurring charge : RadarBox Network Delayed - Annual.
They said no further attempt to charge the card would be made.
My question is is this just an annual auto-renewal thing that failed for future years or will I have now lost my network ....(which was working this morning before I left for work).
If this is the case that will be OK as I prefer to renew myself each year instead of a payment coming off that I may not be prepared for.
The Plimus site was not too clear & I wonered if anyone else had had this when renewing the network subs.
