You would expect the CEO of a business aircraft manufacturer to be ambivalent about ADS-B.

Most business aircraft operators, not to mention the NBAA, are vehemently opposed to data on where their aircraft are flying being freely available, hence their agreement with the FAA on having such details suppressed from ASDI. for example.
