England World Cup Team

Anyone know the reg of the Virgin Atlantic aircraft that carried out the sad duty.Know it was probably a 346, but could'nt catch the reg when watching on the box this morning.

On evening of 28th a Virgin Flight VS9984 left Johannesburg G-VBUG. That was an additional flight to the normal Virgin flight from Jhb to London.

We were sorry to see the supporters who generated a great atmosphere and thankful that they took some vuvuzelas with them ;)

Thanks for the feedback. Airnav. Was'nt my intention to cause a riot as not a football buff myself. I merely wanted to find out the aircraft reg. Chris11 and Southwest tks for the info.If it was indeed G-VBUG, then she is one of ''My two Virgins'', as I flew in her KLAX-EGLL 20/21 Sept 07.

Not sure - I would assume so.

(Not that many English supporters would have wanted to accompany the team ;0 )
