program freeze on Prefrences
« on: June 26, 2010, 08:08:06 AM »
i have had this problem a few times recently, after the program has been running for a few days and i open the preferences tab it will "freeze" you can see the program running in the background but you cannot close the preferences tab or do anything else. you have to go "ctrl/alt/del" to close the program. when it opens again a few days worth of mylog data is missing.
i do save the previous days log via the reporter function, a text doc, is there anyway to import that data back into the progam and mylog?

Hi Springbok

Are you saying that in the Preferences dialogue box, you click the OK button and then nothing happens? We've had a few people saying that they can't see the OK button on the screen at all, and that usually is because of screen resolution problems.

when having the preferences box open it will freeze and you cannot do anything in the radarbox program although you can see the program running behind the preferences box. you have to shut down the program and you lose all your mylog data that has built up since you last shut down the program..
