Blue Light steady flashing
« on: May 30, 2010, 11:06:07 AM »
Hi,

I've just run my RB 3D after a delay of about 2 weeks and can not get any local aircraft data to be displayed. If I turn on Network Flights, these are captured and displayed ok.
The Hardware:Connected is green.
The Process Hardware Flights is checked.
I've switched antennae between 2 externals and an internal - still no results displayed.
I've re-installed drivers.
My machine runs Windows XP SP3
The RB software version 4.03; Firmware 02.03.1

Any ideas anyone?

Phil, G7BSL

It does sound like a driver problem - probably best to contact Support: http://www.airnavsystems.com/contact.html  or
[email protected]

Take a look at the AirNav support videos - link at the top right of the forum page, particularly the one that shows the driver installed correctly:

Thanks,

Drivers were correctly installed and the setup worked until recently. Notwithstanding I have already re-installed the drivers as mentioned in my original message.

Are you suggesting the drivers can become incorrectly installed?

BTW I have not switched USB ports.

Any suggestions anyone?

Phil

If you have another machine try installing it on there and see whether it picks up traffic. If not contact us via the methods in our signature and we will organise a return.
