Hi Alan,
I have a few queries/comments on recently populated a/c.
- 3AAC06 / F-MJBG should be Gendarmerie and not Gendarnerie
- 4D0229 / LX-TQJ should be Dassault and not Daddault
- 38133D / F-JRNP 83AAH is not the c/n. It's a county registration code.
- 3AAC00 / F-MJBA type should be EC45 and not E145 (assuming the AT field populated properly)
- The latest batch of French test codes are not being entered as they were done before.
Ex: Populated before as AN=Airbus Test Registration / AC=Airbus Industries
Now for some reason they have changed to AN=Various Airbus A320 (or whatever the type) Airframes / AC=Airbus Industrie Test Registration. Wouldn't it be better to keep things consistent?
- I understood that miscoded a/c were not to be entered into the database, but I have just had two a/c (D-AOLT and 5629) with "(miscode)" written in the AC field.
Does this mean we can post known miscodes?
- 514046 / 4L-SKL should be Ilyushin IL-76T and not Ilyushin IL76T (and a lot more in the db)
- AE11DF / 77-0351 should be Boeing E-3B Sentry and not Boeing E3B Sentry - with AE11DD/76-1606, AE11E6/78-0578, AE11D7/75-0557, AE11D3/71-1408, AE11D9/75-0559, AE11E7/79-0001
- AE206D / AE206D populated as "Gulfstream Aerospace C37B..." (maybe the populating bug - have a lot of a/c with the ... at the end) AND should be C-37 - with AE0978/01-0076, AE1258/166376. Most of the USAF Gulfstreams are written as Gulfstream Aerospace G-V (C-37A) in the db
- A6F6A4 / N548LF should be Bombardier CL-600-2B16 Challenger 604 and not Canadair CL600 Challenger 604
- 477FFD / 110 should be Antonov An-26 and not Antonov An26 (and a lot more in the db)
Thanks
Andrew
