Chris, I may have had something similar there. I noted 780477, B-5383 which was all the information in my own database. On checking the Airnav database everything is there as it should be. I presume that the first time I picked it up the hex and registration were the only data downloaded as that is all that was on the Airnav database. Now that we since updated the Airnav database with the remaining data, because there was data on my own database, something in the system prevents the remaining data being auto-populated probably to prevent your own data being over written, its either all or nothing, therefore a manual update will be required until a new navdata file is released.Thats my theory anyway.Edit 13:38 just picked up YR-BAC on the network and everything is there that should be.Alan
If you have a photo on your C/.......Airnav/data/photo local folder it will block further updates from the server. Until the big bug is fixed we are not advocating users to delete too many stored pictures. However, if you suspect details have changed, delete the individual picture on your C drive and new details will populate when you next recieve the aircraft. For example I have changed all Continental jets in the DB to 'United Airlines / Continental Airlines'. In order to get the 777s that I regularly pick up to change on my local radarbox, I first had to go to the photo folder and delete the relevant photos of them.
