Morning Andrew,

I cannot find any detail on your first code 3435D8 but will keep looking and post it if details come available.  The Swiss one comes out as HB-2113 so I suspect there may be a misscode at work here.

F-ZBQI is an EC45 c/n 9240 of Securite Civil and I have appended the operator details for F-HCOV.
