GAS has it as C-GMWT but not confirmed?

Hardly surprising as this seems to be C-GMWT, 1989 Pitts S2A-E??

Cheers Phil

Do you have any other details? Presumably C-GMWT has been taken up again?

If so, we can get it updated on the database

By the way, any progress with the power pack?

I just went into Database Explorer and changed Reg and Mode S,  dont know which airline it has gone to though.

By the way, battery pack has failed, no power at all after high pitched noise.

Will be taking it back to Maplins next week.

Cheers

Sorry if this has been asked before, but been away for some time.

The updated database, is this being searched when you populate from MyLog?

It just seems that I am getting more and more codes but with no reg attached?

All added/ amended info we are dealing with, should............repeat should be pulling through into the info in "MyFlights"

This evening, I added N36FD an Eclipse 500 which was showing nothing but its code, no reg and no aircraft details

When added and re-connected to the box, when next picked up, it populated "MyFlights".

It's now showing full details in MyLog as well, although I'm afraid I haven't had time to vouch if it was from the ammended info after re-connecting, or if other?

Sorry to be so vague , but I'm best versed at dealing with the authenticity of the info we are updating rather than the technicalities of the exercise - I leave all that gubbins to the other guys and AirNav

I can however mention we are having a few issues with some ICAO codes updating correctly, however a fix is being looked at.

i'm also hopeful someone in a more suitable guise may be able to update everyone how all this is updating is working through!

Hope this helps!

Regards

Rich

If you could drop us a list of these codes in particular, I'll take a look at them this evening, and see what we can do?

Hopefully sometime in the not too distant future , we will introduce something to capture such instances or inaccurate data that you guys are picking up.

In the meantime, we are trying to deal with the more "common" airframes integrity, however the changes in respect of these will may be not as visible to the end user as to dealing with newer fleet additions and re-registered aircraft.

I'm happy to deal with any specific requests anyone has, which I'm no doubt going to regret posting, but what the heck!

Pm me with the details if you like and I'll take a look  - this goes out to anyone else who picks up other "blanks"

Rgds

Great at work at the moment, but will post them later.

There are some anomolies (e.g 123456 Russia? - must be the KGB again)
and have noticed if you populate in MyLog it does fill in the odd one or two.

If it's any help, the Pitts in question has been on the UK register for the last year, based at Old Warden.

Great stuff - cheers

To be honest it would be good to start getting some feedback from people regarding whether updates they give us do actually re-appear at a later time as expected. At the moment, the updating team are relying on our own observations!
