RB with 3D and Win7
« on: April 20, 2010, 10:13:20 AM »
Just a quickie guys,

Does the screenshots go to a virtual area like Vista as I cannot locate them and when prompting yes to view 'they don't' !

Any ideas please would be gratefully welcomed.

Cheers Dave.
Best regards Dave.

Hi Dave

I think you will find you can only get screenshots from the 2D and not 3D.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong.

Hi Andy,

Yes you are correct - just tried a map one and it worked oikay, just got to find it's location but the 3D ones I guess will need to be captured by a print screen instead.

Cheers for the input, much appreciated.

Brgrds Dave.

Best regards Dave.

Where did you save the RB install too, There is a screenshot folder within the main RB folder, should be there mate.

Hi Andy,

Well I'm stumped and it's not often.

I've installed it under drive c:Program files in it's own folder Airnav Radarbox and it's working a treat including the 3D update BUT the 16000 plus photos that I've accumalated over the last few months do not increase, even when forcing manual additions.

I've also a similar setup under the same drive but under the default program files (x86) Airnav Systems Airnav Radarbox and again works fine but does not append to the photo folder and in both cases cannot locate the scree shots.

I've checked both routes and neither have a screen shot folder showing also. Very strange.

I'm going to try to create a NEW folder under drive C: and then install my RB cd to it and then establish if it updates its photo folder and creates the screen shots folder of which i'll try that one too...............but first it's a cuppa tea I reckon :)

Will let you know how I get on.

Cheers for now Dave.
Best regards Dave.

Have you checked in the Windows Virtual Store?

C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\VirtualStore  where xxxxxxxx is your Windows account name.

Then add a shortcut to that in Windows Explorer favourite links section.

Hi Andy and Tarbat,

SUCCESS....I've created a new ANRB folder outside the Programs area. This has allowed me to install my ANRB cd and then the 3D version into it's folder.

I've then copied across some 16,600 + photos into the photo folder and it's updting nicely.

Just need to work on this mornings logs now :)

All the best chaps...a good day to say the least
