BBC news says that airlines are looking for a way out and want restrictions re-considered and relaxed. They're testing the envelope all over Europe from the sound of it and collecting data. Must be all working together.

Cruising at FL30 over southern Ireland at present is BAW9156 Boeing 747 test flight (G-CIVC) will be interesting to see the rest of its route!

Hi all,there is another BA B747 G-BYGD moving around on the ground at Heathrow,showing call sign BAW6W,probably a tug move,or is it another test flight?.

Now that's interesting. If I'm reading the attached charts right he's flown right through the high danger level.

Re-positioning? I wonder if the airlines are going to chance it and start getting the planes where they want them - presumably passengerless .
