just missed it myself to record it,saw it flying out of my window,taking the turn lo land at the "kaagbaan" ,hight about a 1000ft then.

Flights restrictions in and out of the UK have been extended to 1pm (BST) Sunday.

Morning all. Tailwinds, you are absolutely right about Radarbox addiction! During a phonecall i`ve just had with a friend - who shall remain unidentified for reasons of total insanity, he mentioned that he has been reduced to playing that 30 minute stop frame clip from Radarbox i put on You Tube a few weeks back as he misses his Radarbox viewing so much! I thought he was joking! Well, he`s NOT and he HAS - still falling about here, don`t know whether to laugh or cry!!

What are these tests looking for and how are they conducted? Anyone know? I think Lufthansa have been running a 'test' as well but it's difficult to envisage what their trying to do.

KLM is retrieving 7 planes from Frankfurt,one by one.
each one will be checked to see how thick the ash is in the filters etc.

What's this? My guess is that this DHL 757 has taken off from East Midlands.
