And a local view with an Air Canada A330 flying overhead right now. (Safe journey to them too.)

Should be an interesting day as the Southwest may see aircraft not normally in this area.

Cheers Dave.

Just heard HELIMED2 on the radio, so air ambulances are still flying, which is a relief.

And every volcanic ash cloud has a silver lining - The UK election campaign in Scotland has been disrupted by a cloud of volcanic ash drifting across much of Northern Europe.

Thats superb EMA - I've not seen the 3D setup as yet but it's impressive to say the least.

Cheers Dave.
Best regards Dave.

Hi Pat,

Must have been a bit of a worry when only 9 flights were logged, I would have been too :)

All dfown to a cloud of dust from Iceland...I've never seen that on my wife's shopping list when she goes to Iceland, so must be something new LOL :)

Have a great day over there in lovely Ireland.

Cheers Dave.
Best regards Dave.

Anyone know of a site that has a satview or map of the offending volcanic cloud? Also is the volcano concerned still erupting and is there a forecast of how long this will continue?
