Replaced my RadarBox with new one, restart free year?
« on: March 04, 2010, 11:01:29 PM »
I had a RadarBox I bought in May 2009. I (stupidly) sold it to a friend a few months later. Eventually I was jonesing for one again and bought another one. I installed the application off the CD and plugged in the new RadarBox, changed the password and user name to match the one on the new CD. I was able to view local traffic but can not get network traffic.

How can I restart my free year of Network access etc.? Do I need to totally uninstall all the prior and beta versions and sweep the registry?

(BTW, it appears the new unit's CD included the 64 bit driver that I didn't have before, yay!!!)

Send us an email with your new username and we will check whats happening. If you buy a new RB and have a new username you get the free network , its not to do with registry settings.

I sent the email as requested, and the next day it started working properly. More Support magic I presume!
