Sir,

We have been responding to you for days and on the forum so we don't understand how you awaiting our response. You have also confirmed it works perfectly fine on your first PC but your second one it doesn't. This is what we are trying to get to the bottom of.

Unfortunately the language barrier here is causing issues. We deleted your last post as only posts in English are allowed on the forum as that's what we understand.

Our support team will get back to you with more methods to try.

Still having trouble understanding you here - want to help but you posts are confusing.

-I do not have a single pc - you have more than one PC?

- the previous PC is off - the PC that worked OK with RB3D is no longer working?

- RB I installed a new pc that I bought - your new PC has Windows 7, and RB V4.03 works OK is 2D but not 3D - is this correct?

So, another question:

- Can you see Network traffic when using 2D?

See this from AirNav 3D Development:

Quote
We also have a limit of two different PCs per 3D user account. This allows each user to install on a desktop and a laptop using the same username/password. If the user upgrades their PC or there are any other special requests for a reset of these PCs, support will be able to help on a user-by-user basis.

Are you sure that this is only the second time you have installed 3D and not the 3rd time?

it seems i have a simmilar problem as Beaurepaire, had 3D running well on a laptop and my "old" desktop, but just a few days ago bought me a new, much more powerfull PC with a marvelous 26'' widescreen, ...... NO 3D vieuw, real-time network runs fine, so not a internet/username problem.
if i get the above quote from Allocater right, i should get rid of my account on the "old" PC, to come from 3 to 2 3D accounts, now, how i do that ?
( i had no 3 stations running at the same time, so turning off 1 PC is not doing the trick )
