Impressing Site
« on: February 03, 2008, 04:45:30 AM »
A RadarBox user in Sao Paulo, Brazil has developed a very impressing site.
He managed to have Sao Paulo ATC + RadarBox Live Screen on his site so anyone can monitor the traffic as real as an air traffic controller.

Have a look at:
http://www.maquinasvoadoras.com.br/india.html

He is planning to do a similar solution for other Brazilian cities.
Hope you enjoy.

Hi,

Go to the general area in the air nav forum and then look at "Airports streaming over the internet".

Ther are a number of web sites that you can open to listen to live ATC, then minimse them to the task bar, open your RB. and there you have it.

I think the person from Brazil listed his "Live ATC" web site there too.

Hi People

This weekend I put the RB live streaming for doing some kind of testing at:
http://www.maquinasvoadoras.com.br/india.html
I see some people interested on how this was accomplished, so I did a very simple instructions doc an put together a RB-LIVE.wme configuration file for a quick start, and both can be downloaded from :
http://www.maquinasvoadoras.com.br/instruction.rar

There I show how to start generating the streaming from your computer, ad is also needed to have an ISP server with windows media services working, to stream as I did.

But using only the encoder from your computer, it is possible to share to somene else ( two or three connections..) trough the internet using a broadband connection .

Best ragards. Juan
