Airnav, i think you have a problem : it is really not clear WHAT one has to do on ordering ANRB3D
please make it clear that one has to download RB 4.03 from here http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/403/ANRB403Setup.exe
once downloaded, installed and all internet connections are OK, 3D will be activated as soon purchase is done, ...... but not as long as you have 3.13 or lower installed ( at least, this is how i myself understand it till now )

Loving the 3D experience, but would like a tutorial on how the textures and models work.

For example, all my BA shuttle flights (FlightID SHTxxxx) are livery-less.

And yet all the same model planes (A319/320/321 and B734) show correct livery when using BAW**** flight id's.

I imagine this problem is easily solved by copying and renaming a few files - if only I had guidance on how to do this!

An RJ85 model would be nice too - in due course.

Early days still in the wonderful world of 3D, but at some point users will need to know how to add new models and/or liveries.

Suppose I should just be patient!

Cheers
Chris

My livery-less RJ85s and B462s also seem to fly backwards...

Any news on new models and livery updates?

Just wondering, as a non 3D user do I have anything to gain from using v4.03 for my 2D viewing ?

Hi eggplant - no, nothing - V4.03 is V3.13 plus 3D, so without 3D, there's no point in upgrading.

Is there anyway to detach the 3D view outside the main window, I run dual 24" monitors and would like 3D on one and 2D on the other, at the moment I only seem able to split the view within the main program window.

Woodpecker - no there isn't at the moment, but it's high on the wishlist and AirNav have said that it's something they want to do fairly soon.

Just a quick thought
I am a massive Radarbox fan.

However I have just recieved an e-mail advising me that i have until the 22/03 to upgrade to Radarbox 3D at a special introductory price.

"From now on the RadarBox is available in two options:- AirNav RadarBox 3D - the brand new system with just released software;- AirNav RadarBox Pro - the present RadarBox system with 2010 3.13 sofwtare (no 3D);- AirNav RadarBox Upgrade - for current users to upgrade to 3D;
Prices are as follows:- AirNav RadarBox 3D - 489.95 GBP;- AirNav RadarBox Pro - 399.95 GBP;- AirNav RadarBox Upgrade - 89.95 GBP;"
So as i paid £399.95 and would have to pay another £89.95 to upgrade to 3D making a grand total of £489.90.

That makes a saving of 5 pence, surely that cant be right??
