yes i have done that but because i was having difficulty with the cpu usage before i upgraded my pc i switched it off so the aircraft that were (bunny jumping)across the screen are live aircraft from the aerial.it is like the program clogs up and goes slow hence the aircraft jumping possitions then stops ,then i restart the program all goes well for 2 hours then same happens.as you said it may be corrected with v1.4 . if you can imagine the live aircraft doing the same as the network aircraft ,updating every 5 mins but in my case every 5-10 seconds.i am using a duel monitor on my pc and have opened up another radar screen on the other monitor thus i can see local traffic close up and distant trafic on the other, could this have anything to do with it?

Can you check you no power saving settings for RadarBox and also while you have RadarBox on one monitor do you use any applications which are using the USB connections heavily?

Good news.the radar box has now been running for 5 hours and it has not frozen up yet although it has been stop starting 1 or 2 times and seem to run slower in continuity to the sbs-1 on my other computer

the stop start bunny jumping of aircraft across the screen seems to happen when it tries to update aircraft from the network flights de selected this option and i am only looking at live data(aircraft)

its as if it is still trying to update from the network when the network is turned off.i.e bottom right hand side saying all photo/info requests done then saying 1 photo prossesing done that is when the stop start bunny jumping starts

due to the stop bunny hops the histort trails of the aircraft rather beenn one solid line behind the aircraft it is dots and dashes.

Radarphil,  Do you have any antivirus programs running, and if you do is it possible that it's doing a sweep of your system.  some of them them like sophos can take up 80% of cpu while running.

i have avg anti virus but the anti virus it not sweeping when the radar box is on.the cpu level is now very low due to a new amd 6000 prossesor .when i start the radar box the aircraft air crossing the screen constantley without any interuption but after about 5 hours it seems to clog up and they start to slow down and then bunny hop across the screen as though the radar box it clogging up. i have sent a recording to air nav of the session i hope they got it .
