New User Connection Question
« on: January 21, 2008, 08:51:27 PM »
Just to say hello as a new user of RadarBox. Enjoyed it so far but after closing the initial session I have tried to log on again and when I get the Welcome / RadarBox Connection window where I am asked for a Username and Password I am keying the information supplied to me on the installation CD but I get a message saying e-mail and password do not match.

I honestly can't remember setting an e-mail and password - Any ideas anyone ?

Thanks in anticipation

You must be using Vista which has weird admin privileges. Do the following and it should work:

Right click on the AirNav Product icon and select run with admin rights. If this does not work try un-selecting "save password" as well.

Hope that helps.

Thanks for that. Yes I am using Vista and have set the admin option and the save password box is unchecked. After keying the supplied ID and password the welcome screen just sits there now. All buttons are dimmed on the screen and all lights are working on the box itself.

Stupid question I know but do I have to leave the CD in everytime I use the application. I thought that was just for installation.

Sorry to be such a bother !

You don't need the CD. Restart your machine and try running with admin and then enter your codes as normal and see if that works. If not then try unselecting the password.

This does definitely work and its known Vista quirk.
