No Answer from Support?

Sent in a email on the 15th March to support and haven't had a reply.  Support did you you recieve it?

There are no tickets in the support system at the moment so everything has been replied too. Do you have a ticket id that we can check?

Ok, just as a FYI, if you don't get a ticket id then that means we haven't got the email.

In your case we did get the email now but its blank. Can you use the support form instead?

Strange how nothing was in the email.  Don't have that problems sending anywhere else.  Do you accept html email?

Have used the contact form from the link in you footnote.  Can you confirm you have recieved that?

Ok we have got it now, it looks as if you were sending images which were causing issues in the ticket system. We will reply to you via the ticket system to your query.

The html email was larger than 100kb which is not sensible, system probally flagged it as spam or a virus message.
