Preference window problems

Can anyone help? I am unable to access the lower part of the preference window,as this window appears to be 'fixed', so that any changes I wish to make for example to stop data sharing or make changes to the refresh rate cannot be actioned as there obviously other boxes at the lower half of this window I cannot see. Which I need to tick to confirm any changes
Can someone assist please
I am running RB 3.13 on Vista.
Please keep it simple as I my IT skills are limited

It sounds like the window is off the bottom of your screen.  What screen resolution are you running?  Also, are you using a larger than normal font size?
