AAL92

Any users  in Ireland picking up the AAL92 flight which has currently been holding off the coast of Donegal at FL100.  Flight routing Chicago to Dublin.

Traffic seems to be landing at Dublin and it's a strange place to put a plane into a hold.

Hi Mark07,the AAL92 operated by N190AA,B757,you saw earlier was actually yesterdays flight into Dublin from Chicago which diverted to Birmingham  because of the snow & night stopped. It left BHX this morning at 11.30 to reposition back to Dublin. He asked Birmingham ground freq 121.8 at about 0850 am for his departure from BHX to be delayed for approx 1hr,at about 0945 the aircraft was towed from its terminal stand to remote stand 84L ? & finally departed at the above stated time still using his Chicago to Dublin code in his box output.I did hear him on ATC approaching Dublin asking if there was another airport that could take him "further north" ? no reason heard.According to Dublins arrivals page he landed at 13 09.
Regards Paul.
