« on: January 07, 2010, 03:15:08 PM »
Anybody else having problems contacting Airnav?....I sent a couple of mails since last week but didn't even get a confirmation email! Maybe they are really busy or grounded... but once I know it's not just me.... and yes my email is working 100%

Tone it down a bit there Phil.

I've always found the guys here most helpful.  Have you checked to make sure you have sent your e-mails to the 'correct' address (ie spelt it correctly).

I don't remember shouting! (I think you read my post in the wrong tone) ..yes I have and I also used their own web client email...I also made a payment with regard to removing the network delay that was accepted....so just asking a simple question that's all ..as I have done on many forums for many years! ...and thanks for your help

I don't want to teach Granny how to suck eggs (I don't know how to suck eggs myself) but you have checked your spam folder, haven't you?

Wasn't suggesting you were shouting Phil just felt the post was a tad sarcastic that's all.

Hope you get it sorted quickly.

Hi Phil,

We did reply to you, on all of your tickets you sent. We have pmed you the latest reply so you should get it.

We are investigating an issue which is meant some ISPs are blocking our mails, so they may be going straight into spam or blocked.

Don't fear though we are here and replying and we will get that rectified asp.

Thanks again for all the help and hope it may help others

Hi,

I think I may be suffering from the same problem. I've emailed support twice this week - once on Sunday night and again on Tuesday and I've not received a reply.

AirNav Support: Can you PM me if you've received my emails?

I was enquiring about how to get my Radarbox repaired as it's suffering from the loss-of-sensitivity problem.

Thanks

Jez
