AIR NAV 24 Hour delay network bill

Hi,
Just for people to be aware of AirNav have just billed me out of the blue £65:94 for the delay network.
The bank have just informed me of this and not happy.
May be worth checking your accounts as they had no authority and is a disgrace !!!!!

I would suggest that you take it up with Airnav Support direct as the don't always read the forum. From memory I believe that users are sent an email before hand on each occasion a renewal is due and if the user doesn't cancel it is automatically renewed.  It may be advisable to check the terms and conditions of the agreement for information but I would imagine that if you don't wish the service they will provide a refund.

Hi,
I have e-mailed them for a full immediate refund.
I have never paid for this service so was not a renewal just taken out of my account that's why I was warning others.
No emails or nothing.

This seems a big misunderstanding from yourself. You originally purchased a delayed network annual subscription on 24-Sep-2010. This is a auto renewing subscription and details were mentioned on the website clearly. You have been charged five times since.

Just to reiterate you have purchased from us and you did give authorisation. We are not a company who is involved in fraud with our customers. If you want a refund we will be happy to cancel the last charge.

We suggest removing this post or amending your first post to reflect the correct statements.

Hi,
For the record I have only paid once for this probably in 2010 when it was half price. I have received your email giving me a refund.
For your records please delete me from any renewing subscription as it is not required.
