This seems a big misunderstanding from yourself. You originally purchased a delayed network annual subscription on 24-Sep-2010. This is a auto renewing subscription and details were mentioned on the website clearly. You have been charged five times since.
Just to reiterate you have purchased from us and you did give authorisation. We are not a company who is involved in fraud with our customers. If you want a refund we will be happy to cancel the last charge.
We suggest removing this post or amending your first post to reflect the correct statements.
