Subscription to RealTime Network
« on: December 13, 2009, 01:36:33 PM »
AirNav, I am trying to subscribe to the RealTime network without success. I keep receiving error messages from Plimus stating that there is a communication error between Paypal and Plimus. Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be appreciated.

It has been mentioned to us by a few customers. We are not sure whether its xmas traffic (via paypal or plimus) which is causing them the issue.

A quick check shows your order has not gone through, if possible can you order via credit card.

Having googled Plimus I'm not too happy to give them my credit card details. Surely this is something that AirNav should get them to sort. Afterall are Plimus not working for you?

It would be 100% secure paying credit card to plimus. If anything happens we have a relationship with plimus and can put through refunds, checks ourselves without having to ask plimus.

The vast majority of this forum, would have paid via credit card through plimus and have not had an issue.

Just had a reply from Plimus (see below)

Hello,

We have received the following inquiry in regards to reference number
******

We  are  forwarding it to the Vendor and copying the Customer on this email so
that this matter can be taken care of.

We ask that the customer please allow up to 2 business days for the Vendor to
respond.

If the customer does not hear back from the vendor, we ask that you forward
this email back to us so that we may assist you.

Thank you for your patience in this matter.

Regards,
Jacob-Plimus Support

Looks like they are contacting Airnav???????

We have removed the ref number in your last post. Yes you contacted them about an old order from 6 months ago, hence they have passed the issue on to us as they think its not a payment issue as he paid and the order was completed 6 months back.

At the moment, you can either wait untill the paypal/plimus issue is resolved which may take a few hours or a few days. (We are not the only ones affected)

Or you can purchase via a credit card and the order will done within a few seconds.

Thanks for the very prompt replies.
The reference numbers I gave them were from the Paypal transaction I just completed and NOT from 6 months ago, that makes no sense.
If I order with a credit card and decide after the trial period of 7 days to cancel my subscription how can I do that?

The ref number starting with 3871.... When we search on the system shows your order back in 05/17/2009. No other orders appear for you.

You just need to email support, our a contact page has a section for cancellations and we will cancel it.

I have taken your advice and made the payment with a credit card. The RealTime Network is now working. Thanks again for your help.
