Have you checked that the centre pin on the aerial connector has not retracted into the cable, if it has then try and pull it back out, this has affected a number of users in the past.  It is also worth checking the USB cable too, if you have another then swap it over and see if this helps.  Have you connected any other items, like usb extenders etc, if so set the radar box up using the standard equipment only.

I can't really see how your RB can be working some of the time and then not at other times.  If you are saying that you didn't receive much traffic between 1129 at night and 0330 in the morning, then I'm not surprised as there is going to be less traffic around overnight.

I'm in the London Heathrow area and there have been occasions when I've thought that the box has stopped working in the evening, then in the morning when the rush hour starts, I know that the box is OK :-)

What's your location?   I regularly have NO aircraft on screen during the night.  In fact, only 2 on-screen now, and that will drop to zero very soon.  Might get one flight into Lossie or Kinloss around 2am (Royal Mail) on some nights.

We need a bit more information here.  When you sat it 'stopped working' what exactly do you mean?  What lights have you got showing on the RB?  What indications are you getting on the RB software interface?  Are you seeing any aircraft in the list at all?

If the blue light is flashing once per second, then either the box is not being seen by the driver or maybe the driver is not working properly.

As mentioned do you before, your original emails to us stated that it turned off every day at 11:30.

This doesn't seem like a a hardware issue or software issue but something else on your system which is either being turned on at certain times or an a certain schedule. Such as an antivirus software or usb device connected doing something taking the power limits on your hub beyond what can be supplied.

We will take  a look at the RadarBox but we are doubtfull we will find anything wrong.
