Touring Network Flights
« on: December 02, 2009, 07:53:30 PM »
Is there a way that I can tour the Network flight as you do in Myflights.
It seems that this will not tour when in Network.
Thank you.

Hi Steve

Unsure what you mean by 'tour' network flights.

If you mean 'track' them, then yes this does work now - certainly in version 3.12 beta (and I think from 3.11b).

Just click on the 'Pan Map with Active Flight' icon, having selected the network flight you're interested in.

Was problematic in earlier betas as the active flight kept coming unfocused.

I have tracked many network flights without problems since latest betas released.

Hope that helps

Hi Chris
By the meaning of touring I mean the (start tour) above MyFlights and when you click it, it turns red and then moves down the MyFlights individualy with a picture and info on the right. But this will not work on the Network listed flights?

Understand what you mean now Steve!

Never used this before - just tried it. Works in MyFlights but, as you say, doesn't seem to work with Network flights.

Not a major issue - if I'm interested in a particular flight I just double click on it.

Often have 900+ flights on the network - I really wouldn't want to see full details of all of them!

Hi Chris
I wanted save the data on my database explorer for things like trips abroad etc.
But i can only do this when I double click on each flight seperatly.
