Win 7 64 bit driver problem?
« on: November 20, 2009, 11:37:51 AM »
Three times now I have found nothing on the screen of my ARNB system, over a period of a week.  On the box the USB  light is on but the signal light is off.  Unplugging the usb cable from the back of the box and re inserting gets things going again.  Never experienced this when using this setup with the 32 bit XP previously  installed on this same machine.

Sounds like it could be a USB power saving issue.  Check the power saving options on your USB hubs in Device Manager.

Thanks

Have 6 root hubs on my system.  Difficult to see which one matches upto my ARNB.  Have disabled the power management on all for the time being to see if that fixes my problem.
