Data Output formats on Ports 7879 and 30003

Clarification Request from anyone who knows.

On Port 7879 there are 11 XML Fields, not all populated. (E.g. Squawk)
On Port 30003 there are 21 delimited Fields, some with null content.

I can probably work out a match for the 11 fields in both XML and Comma formats but that leaves some gaps, so the question is:

What do all 21 fields in the comma delimited format represent?
