Sort of related is the fact that not all a/c logged in MyLog are included in the report. In a small sample today at least 3 or 4 a/c in MyLog were not shown when I generated the report.

I will send a copy of the csv file and the report for the same period to support.

Further to my post above, I have noticed that every log I've received since the email started working again, every file received is 42kb in size and no greater.  Emails prior to server failure are correct, in that they all show --End of report-- on bottom of email and have differing file sizes.

Is the server sending my logs correctly?


AirNav - can you please give us an update on this problem. It has been happening since 13th Nov when the server was rebuilt, and is still happening.

prior to the rebuild (until 8th Nov) logs greater than 42k were being emailed and all logs ended with:

New Aircraft entries have the symbol *

--- End of Report ---


Since 13th Nov all daily email logs are truncated at 42k and we lose the data at end of the report and also the footers.

Anyone know if this is fixed in the latest V3.13 ?  No mention of it in the release notes.

This is a server side issue. Which is being looked at.

I received a log larger than 42k today, which looks like it might have all the log data in it. Unfortunately the last part of the log is scrambled. The log displays normally in the ANRB reporter application (i.e. is not corrupt locally).

I resent the log manually and the resend shows the same corruption in the received email.

Same overhere, after all a bad idea to let run all reoports via A.N. server  :-(

Seem to be converting errors from html <-> txt??
