The sending by email reports problem is now 100% corrected.
We would the confirmation from our users that this feature is performing as expected.

Now we are just waiting for airliners.net to finally correct the photos problem (related to a change in their online interface).

email reports is now O.K. but the error message still appears.

Hi People,

Here when sending a manual email report (trough SEND NOW), first got :
Message sent with success,
and the message : Message sending failed. Please check background software (anti-virus/firewall) and try again later..

But I received the emails despite the error message.

Everything should be Ok now. We sometimes need to shutdown the network to apply these changes, but only for 1 to 4 minutes (usually).

Thanks for getting the email sending corrected.  I have a problem that I've only just noticed, don't know if any other users are having a similar problem.

I find that the full log is not being sent correctly by email.

For example, a log for yesterday shows approx 1600 entries in the log on the reporter, although the log sent via email is substantially less, maybe 500 entries at most, and on the last line only half a planes details are shown (HEX code and half a route), with the remainder of the log lost from that point onwards.

My suspicions are also gained by the fact that the --End of report-- footer does not appear in the emailed log, but appears in the reporter log.

I  never was able to receive reports by Email.
Now  it is working perfectly .

I am having a similar issue. The header of yesterday's emailed report shows that 1,385 flights were logged. However, there are only approximately 450 flights listed in the body of the report. As above, no footer is displayed and the report appears to be cut off.  I also had no issues with email reports prior to the server failure.

I am running ver 3.08 on Win7 Home Premium 64bit.

Here are the last few lines of my latest emailed log:

I am also seeing this problem - seems to be server relates, it happens across multiple ANRB versions.
