Are you suggesting that I go back to max resolution of 1920 x 1080 and then pressing the AUTO button? Would this force screen back into viewable area? (ie a couple of inches of left hand side of screen missing)

Yes.  Set to native resolution (1920x1080), and then press the AUTO button.   That should force the monitor to attempt to get everything on screen, and 1:1 pixel mapping.

Give it a try.

Thanks so much Tarbat!!!!

That worked a TREAT - now running at full 1920x1080 - and all text crystal clear and interface and radar screen now tinkered with to show what I want.

Was pleased with what I had last night - but so much BETTER after your suggestion!!!!

This forum is just so very useful with guys like you making input - cheers!

Well said and I couldn't agree more. This opportunity for open exchange of information and ideas adds so much to the fun.

After so much childish back-biting lately, this is very refreshing.
