What is this airline ?

today we received this message:
flight IDO062
identified as a C-130
in flight from LFLX to...England

but...what's the army?

in fact I took the data from a friend, and it was using a radio scanner,
not a Radarbox.
Hearing the voices, he think it was a RAF Hercules, but not sure..

so, no hex codes for this one
