Hi im new

Hi all ive literally just bought the airnav 2009.. i installed as read, codes etc.. each time i open the airnav icon it asks me to log in with the username  and password  on the cd case, do i need to do this each time.

i thought i install n go ..hey presto ive got a radar map on my screen  i don t lol ..scartch my head time hehe ..any help plz.

Have you registered.  If you do it will come up pre-populated and all you have to do is press the button when the window opens up and hey presto you have a bog radar map etc.

No.  Tick the "Remember Password" box when you log in, and that's the last time you'll need to enter them.

You can also add the /connect startup parameter to your Radarbox shortcut, and then you'll never even see the login panel.

EG:
"P:\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2009\ANRB.exe" /connect

ok .. i log in with the username .. network is in green  hardware shows unconnected and  red..  on the unit only the power light is on... 

all connections seem to be ok and i followed the instal instructions

i added my username and pass  .. thought that meant id registered the product

That suggests that you have not installed the USB drivers correctly.

What shows up in your hardware browser?

Ok lol it is now working.... i needed to unplug the usb and install first..  the cd case had instructions which show connecting the unit fully then inserting the disc... .. thanks all for your help
