Problems with my Radar Box, no signal.

Hi good day, i have a problem with my Radar Box.

The program recognizes the radar, but when i connect the external antenna or radar box antena, in the PC not show any flight o data, but yes recognizes the flights of the internet (I have two antenas: Radar Box & DPD Products)
 
Aclaration the LED of signal NEVER on.

The serial number of my Radar Box is ANRB01272

The antennas work because we tried with the new radar that just ordered

I wanted to ask, What could be the fault, if you can repair, which would the cost and where would have to submit for the reparation?

I await your prompt response because I'm paying the subscription and I'm not using.

How long have you had your RadarBox and when did this problem start?

Was your RadarBox working OK before?

Where are your antenna's located?

What is the Blue LED showing?

Hi good day.

Thanks for your response Allocator, the radar box makes it acquired approximately one year and a half ago and the problem just started 2 weeks ago. It was working perfectly before the failure, my antenna is located on the roof of my home at 6 mts. in the same place where it was when received data, the blue LED blinks in a span of approximately every second and is constant.
