Still 30 Seconds
« on: October 01, 2009, 11:52:47 AM »
Dear Airnav

I have subscribed to the live network (Very Good).

However it is still updating every 30 seconds not the 20 seconds it should.

Any Clues?

Simon

Hi Allocator

Yes I am.

The network is live data but it is updating every 30 not 20 seconds.

Does your countdown clock at the bottom of the screen count down from 30 or 20 seconds?

If you're actively on the real-time network, you'll see "Real-Time Network" in the countdown clock at the bottom of the screen:

Are you running the latest public beta released today?

It seems this is expected behaviour.

Having thought about it, the only difference between live and delayed data is what exactly the server sends you, I assume it also tells the RB software what countdown timer to display.

We apologize for this problem.
For users that subscribed the real-time network pls download an updated exe that was not included in the main installer (it is now there):
http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/anrb/beta/anrb.exe

Pls confirm all Ok with this new exe.

Dear Airnav

I have tried to install it but I get the error message

"This application has failed to start because rb.dll was not found"

I have tried it many times and always get this message.

Help please
