Version Three
« on: September 19, 2009, 03:00:03 PM »
Iam currently using version 3.01 and the info has improved. I can now see flight numbers for Flybe flights landing at Gatwick. Looking forward to the full launch of version 3.0. Keep up the good work Air Nav. Steve.

All our beta testers have reported that the latest exe is totally stable (this happened today and yesterday).

Only two minor problems reported (one with MyLog stats and the other when stopping/starting network downloads). We are working on them today.

After this we will pass the new exe to the beta testing group for further checks. When we have their 100% approval for stability and no errors we will release the public beta (again only if no more problems are reported).

We will keep you all informed.

Sounds good to me.

Hopefully won't be too long now but as with every beta anything could happen to delay the release.

Better to shake all the bugs out first.

The acid test as ever is when the beta suddenly encounters a much wider spread of hardware and software configurations. This time round it's clearly had a lot more testing before that, so we can hope that the number of surprises is smaller than it would otherwise be.
