Regarding this problem, does it exist or not? We don't confirm it here, too.
PJM: I believe you are doing something wrong as this problem has never been reported by any other user. Please contact our support as they might be able to help you with this one.
Have you tried using another email address to see what happens? One from a different provider would help isolate issues.
Well it does not hurt to try another account or send the alerts to a friend and see what happens.
Send them too me and we can see what happens, [email protected]
