N502BG has been displaying that since at least January 2010.  For a little while this year they showed 20202020.   :)

Perhaps the co-pilot gets the meat.

Can someone please try to explain how come I can see this one cruising past Cape Town, I'm not talking network, I'm talking about my flights:

4D010D    CLX768      LX-YCV     Cargolux      ELLX - SVMI

Way off the route that is indicated.

Avoiding a big thunderstorm? ;-)

But seriously, a lot of the routings shown are wrong, for numerous reasons, including operators often changing codes, charter flights being sometimes very random and RadarBox using a previous charter route's code, and sometimes crew entering them wrong.

We don't have a live link to flight plans like sites like Flightaware have (for some parts of the world), and until we do, we're often going to find that the routes shown in RadarBox are wrong.

There are many threads on the forum discussing this in more depth.

Thanks Rod, makes sense.

This one or similar fies past here twice a day, one going North West and later going South West.

Got my NSEW all messed up. It flies NE then later SW.

Wonder if he flies South America to Europe via Johannesburg.
That will take him near Cape Town.
He has not entered the middle destination(s).

Yes - Joburg to Montevideo/Buenos Aires would fit the bill - not many intermediate destinations on that route!
