I’m using vista64 radar box was working fin after couple days I had start the program its saying hardware not connected  red box I found I have like yellow icon in device manger under ( universal Bus controller ) on AirNav raderbox I had reinstall the program again but still the same problem.
I need solution please.

First off make sure the login you are using has Administrative rights.  Most driver installation requires it.  Since you are using Vista64 make sure when you run setup you run the setup as having Adminstrative privileges.  You should be able to right click on the setup.exe before executing it and click on the "Run as Adminstrator" menu selection.   

Second - make sure your cable connection between the Radarbox and the computer are working properly.

Third -  try the following procedure in the exact sequence of steps:

1. Unplug the Radarbox from the computer.
2. Uninstall the old driver
3. Reboot the machine.
4. Install the driver.
5. Plug in the Radarbox to the computer.  (Don't go into the program at all yet)
6. Reboot the computer again.
7. Go into the program.

If this doesn't clear it up then do the sequence again but on this go-round reverse the step order of #4 and #5.  Let me know if this clears the driver problem up.
