Dropout problem soved
« on: August 06, 2009, 03:13:32 AM »
All of the noise problems that I had coming through my radios and the anoying dropouts where I had to disconnect the USB lead then reconnect It to get It to work again have all gone away.

The USB lead (suplied by Air Nav Is of a poor standard) has very poor shielding and I feel that this Is causing the data stream pulses to become rounded instead of a nice square wave, I will investergate further.

A bit disapointed In paying all that money to have a cheap quality USB lead In the kit,I hope the reciever Is better!

Hi, I seem to remember having this problem when I first purchased RB and resolved it by swapping the USB lead to one my own :)
Once you sort this you wont be disappointed!!
