Running the 3.01 beta on Vista 32 bit machine. No problems encountered.

Installed SquawkBox ver 3.2.3458.18822.

It loads up etc, recognises port 30003 (I assume as the look up message disapears when RadarBox loads) and then goes to the connected state but won't display any messages (waited some 30 mins).

Any ideas anyone?

I've not been able to get it to work either.  Connects okay, but no squawk codes.  Reported during closed beta testing as well.

Come on Airnav, we need squawkcode lookup.

Let's wait for squawkbox author to have an opinion on this. We believe he changed the code to adapt it to work with our old and sometimes erroneus 30003 output. He will have to adapt it again.

V3.01 is definitely outputting Type 6 MSGs, including squawks, on port 30003.  The MSG 6 doesn't appear to include altitude, so in that respect it's not fully SBS-compatible, but I don't whether if that's required for SquawkBox or not.

Dave: could you send a report to the "RELEASED: V3.01" topic with a detailed analysis of the 30003 port (what is wrong) so we can correct it ASAP?

We also locked this topic to keep all V3.01 discussion on one single topic - check it at:
