Urgent Help Please

Could anyone help me please?

I turned on my RB tonight and once again the screen has gone to full size with no Myflights or any other ionfo showing. It did this just after installing V 3.0 but righted itself.

I pressed Esc but this just gives a slightly smaller "full" screen.

I have restarted but still the same.

How do I get back to the main screen with Myflights and photos etc etc?

I have now managed to get Myflights up but I cannot get the box showing distance. I cannot reduce the map size to allow this to show.

Very strange that this just occurs for no reason.

Very strange, do run anything to clean the registry or have you done a rollback to date in the past.

As those details are stored in the registry and shouldn't change unless you tell them too.

I have just got the configuration back now so I dont know what happened.

The only thing I did do was to disconnect the whole system yesterday due to a storm warning. I dont know if this affected anything?

Seems OK now though.

I have had the same thing happen to me!!
I went into Tools/Interface to bring back the myflights list. My map also had gone to Greenland somewhere so have had to reset the default map.
The RB still occasionally does not remember settings.
Also the software crashes going from fullscreen back to normal.
I am still suffering from the software running very slow and hanging even though I am running nothing else on my machine. I am running 2 screens and wonder if this is the problem.
Sorry to take over your thread Terry but it all sounds familiar.

I am back to normal now, but why it happens is a mystery?

Try this:

- Run the RadarBox Software - if there are no maps or aircraft lists, then:

- Use Tools > Interface > Show/Hide

- Then Tools > Interface > Interface on Left (or on the right, whichever you prefer)

- Then Map > Open/Save > Open Map and select Default.ml3

- Then Window > Record Desktop.

Let us know how you get on.

Are you using Vista (or Windows 7 - yes a few customers are already emailing us saying we have 7)?

Further onfo.. i get it back by Map/Open/default but it does not do it on boot up.
Running XP having reconfigured.
