Hi Airnav for information. I am seeing Network traffic at 13.30utc on my box, however the network box at the bottom of the screen is yellow. Any thoughts?

John,

I don't think that you will be seeing network traffic if the light is yellow.  Are the aircraft moving?  Do you have preferences set to show '*' after the callsign?

You might just have the 'ghosts' of the network tracks showing after the last failure?

Hi John,

Same situation with me from time to time. I think that you did not see that the light becomes "green" for a verry short while. When the light become "green" for a shortwile networkflights appears on the map. There after, when the light becomes "yellow" again all the network flights disappears after a few minutes.

Normaly, when the light is red or yellow, no networkflights can be seen.

We are still having some problems with our RadarBox server flight data engine. We have 2 members of our team working on this problem so the server could continue to be up and down during the next 4 hours. Pls accept our apologies. We will do our best to have this sorted out asap. We will keep you informed.
