Confirm which folder you have placed in the .out file in?

Yes,

that is correct.  On this path:
C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2007\Out

Yes,

that is correct.  On this path:
C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2007\Out

Got it!

You're putting the .out files in the wrong directory!

The correct directory is

C:\Program Files\AirNav Systems\AirNav RadarBox 2007\Outlines

that's Outlines not Out - as I said at the start of this post :-)

Quote
10. Save the NotePad file as an .out file (for example EDDH.out) to the /AirNav RadarBox 2007/Outlines directory.  Make sure that the file is saved as .out and not .txt or .out.txt

yes, the folder Outlines must be created!

P.S. Allocator is a pleasure to know that you were in Sardinia, i was a pilot of taxi flight in Alghero for 20 years from 1968. Some times during school flight of Alghero Aeroclub from Alghero to Cagliari we swapped Decimo for Cagliari and only on short final we undestand the error lokking for military aircraft on the apron :D  :D i talk about 1970 when it was possible to do this kind of error! :)
