Still having problems with alerts

Hello all,

Need help here - its going from bad to worse. On firing up the box I am no longer getting any alerts either by email or the message on the screen. Previously 'My Flights' would appear first then they would all time out whilst the display at the bottom flashed away furiously sending emails. Upon completion the network flights would appear and everything was fine.

Now however the 'My Flights' are immediately replaced on screen by the 'Network Flights' and there are no alerts. If I then unclick the 'Get Flights from RadarBox Network' the Network box at the bottom goes red and shows network unconnected. I then have to keep clicking and unclicking this box until I get the display 'Processing Network Flights - Please wait. Then the email alerts start to pour through. If there are 1000+ network flights then about 50 emails are forthcoming. The alerts then last for anything from half an hour to three hours and then they dry up - and off we go again clicking and unclicking boxes.Help! Help!
