A touch bizarre that while I regularly log the WW2 display aircraft I get not a peep from  today's show-toppers.

Logged a Boeing 747 SP-68 today, REG: HZ-AIJ. This is one of two 747s registered to the Saudi Arabian Royal Flight.

Vampire overhead at 0950 - low and at speed - Langar area. Took me right back to my yoof but as luck would have it bloomin' ANRB not switched on so no log.

Anybody know or see this aircraft?

Airframes has it as N812VR no other details and nothing against that on the FAA site sorry cannot help further.

Morning,  can`t find either modeS or reg on Airframes, but a couple of refs for a  MC130H on the web. Used RCH1011 so pos USmil as CMB used by civil a/c now.

No, N812VR is AB12B5.

AE12B5 is, as was suggested, a C-130 - specifically MC-130P 65-0994.
