A quick look at your Navdata would have given the correct tie up.  Its a miscode not a tac code.

well the code is incorrect  so it dont matter if its dam miss code or an tac code its fake.

I am presuming that you are still using your receiver when you picked it up.  In that case the Navdata holds the info on the aircraft to decode them and AE0416/164404 is in the aircraft table.  If you are not using your receiver forget it.  You asked for the info and I was advising where you can find it

i dont know where the navdata is alan would not know where to look alan

and if it was useing its right bloody code it would not be an dam prob would it alan as as it was NOT useing its hex code as allocated to the airframe at the time it was useing an miss code

For your info, the hex code is allocated to the KC-135R but is being used by both aircraft.  84-00168 should use AE116C

It did indeed land at Prestwick
